Job summary

Western Union is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager APAC to lead a team of 5–7 Talent Partners and deliver high-volume recruitment across the APAC region. You will partner with senior stakeholders to scale hiring programs, drive workforce ramp-ups, and transform TA processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will spearhead data-driven recruitment, set SLAs, and align talent strategies with business priorities in a hybrid work model across the Philippines or Singapore.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including high-volume recruitment.
• 5+ years of people leadership, with teams of recruiters.
• Experience managing recruitment teams of 7–10 recruiters or larger.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytics and reporting.
• Fluent English communication; based in Quezon City or Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 5–7 Talent Partners.
• Own recruitment delivery across APAC and meet targets.
• Develop strategies for large-scale, high-volume hiring.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into TA plans.
• Drive workforce ramp-ups and site launches.
• Use data and analytics to drive accountability and improvement.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, assessment, offers, onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Leverage employer branding and sourcing to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
• Advise leaders on talent market trends and workforce planning.
