Job summary

Flexport is seeking an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to lead hiring for APAC roles. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partner with hiring managers, and build strong candidate pipelines. The role requires independence and a proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools, and a data-driven approach to pipeline metrics and interview practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in-house and/or agency.
• Proven track record of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-generation skills, including passive candidate outreach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience advising hiring managers on structured, consistent interview practices.
• Comfortable working with data - able to track and report on pipeline metrics and time-to-fill.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles - intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build hiring plans, and set realistic timelines.
• Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Guide hiring managers and interview panels on structured interviewing and consistent, bias-aware evaluation.
• Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the process, keeping candidates informed at every stage.
• Negotiate offers and manage the offer process, including compensation discussions in partnership with People/Total Rewards.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and report on pipeline health and hiring metrics.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.
• Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to improve efficiency while keeping human judgment in the loop.
