TalentVibe Business Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end technology hiring across the APAC region. You will partner with regional hiring managers, sales teams, and candidates to understand needs and deliver top talent.

This Independent Contractor role is hybrid (2 days in-office, 3 days work-from-home) with a morning shift. You will source, map, and assess technical talent, manage interviews across time zones, and provide market intelligence to

Competenze

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, preferably technical.
• Regional APAC recruitment experience required.
• Strong knowledge of tech roles, tools, and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with global stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for tech roles across APAC.
• Partner with hiring managers and sales to define needs and market challenges.
• Source, screen, and engage technical talent through multiple channels.
• Coordinate interviews and communications across stakeholders and time zones.
• Build and maintain regional talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Perform candidate mapping, competitor analysis, and market research.
• Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking via ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment.
• Provide market intelligence on compensation trends and talent availability across APAC.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams and maintain strong communication.
