Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a senior recruitment professional to scale teams across APAC, Manila, and beyond. You will own end-to-end hiring for critical roles, shape strategies with hiring managers, and build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing. Collaboration with global Talent teams and data-driven decisions are core to success.

Hybrid work in Manila is supported. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in recruiting, experience with RPO + in-house TA, and a track record of improving hiring outcomes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience across multiple business functions.
• Prior RPO experience combined with current in-house TA exposure.
• Proven ability to shape hiring plans and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable, innovative recruitment strategies.
• Own end-to-end hiring for key roles with fast, high-quality delivery.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and drive hiring outcomes.
• Source creatively using LinkedIn, Seek, ATS, referrals to build pipelines.
• Track data to improve effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Share insights with hiring managers to guide strategy.
