Job summary

OLIVER - APAC is seeking a Delivery Director to scale regional delivery across APAC markets. You will translate client strategies into actionable delivery plans, drive account transformation and governance, and embed GenAI-enabled delivery across campaigns and programs.

You will lead a Shared Services Hub to improve speed, quality, and capacity, while partnering with cross-functional teams on pitches and renewals.

Qualifications

15+ years in delivery/operations leadership roles.
10+ years in agency environments.
Extensive experience leading multi-market, multi-disciplinary delivery models.
Proven track record operationalising strategy into scalable delivery systems and governance.
Demonstrated success in account transformation / change leadership.
Strong client leadership: trusted operator, confident communicator, escalation management.

Responsibilities

Translate client vision, strategy and roadmaps into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
Lead account transformation through improved ways of working, tooling, governance, and talent models.
Define and run a shared services hub to improve scalability and capacity access across accounts.
Embed GenAI into delivery workflows with governance and training for teams.
Lead delivery design for new opportunities including service model, tooling and ramp plans.
Oversee regional capacity planning, risk management and governance across engagements.
