Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an AI Program Manager (APAC) to govern the portfolio of AI initiatives for a financial institution client. The role runs the system of record for governance, from idea through deployment, coordinating intake, gating, dependencies, and benefits reporting across APAC with occasional global overlap.

You will partner with Product/Tech, Risk, Security, Data, and Finance teams, report to the Regional Business Governance & Compliance Director, and align with APAC

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in program management, PMO, portfolio governance, or operations transformation.
• Strong program operations skills: RAID, action/decision tracking, stakeholder follow-up.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Jira or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Run governance forums (weekly/biweekly/monthly) and publish agendas, minutes, actions, RAID, and decisions.
• Administer standardized intake, validate sponsor/owners, baseline/target, and measurement plans.
• Track initiatives through Discover–Design–Build–Validate–Deploy–Run & Optimize with gate evidence.
• Maintain dependency and approvals trackers; coordinate access and recertification reminders.
• Prepare steering packs and dashboards with FM-oriented KPIs (cycle time, incidents, adoption).
