• Set the strategic direction for Managed Services across Asia Pacific, ensuring outcomes across client, consumer, operational, financial, risk and people.
• Lead through senior managers and cross-functional partners to deliver resilient operations across multiple sites, products and partners.
• Establish a scalable operating model with round-the-clock service, workforce planning, clear decision rights, and governance.
• Own performance across service levels, quality, productivity, cost to serve, compliance, client and consumer experience.
• Provide senior oversight during disruptions, escalations and emergencies with timely decisions and clear communication.
• Drive transformation through AI, automation, analytics, digital servicing and knowledge management.
