Job summary

SimCorp Manila seeks a Director to lead the Service Delivery Management function for its SaaS clients across APAC. You will shape strategic direction, drive operational excellence, and ensure client success in a fast-growing FinTech environment.

You will oversee global delivery, manage senior stakeholders, and lead diverse teams across regions, using automation and AI to enhance performance and time-to-value while aligning with SimCorp’s goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing C-suite client relationships and leading enterprise service delivery teams.
• Experience leading diverse teams across regions and cultures, delivering innovative service models.
• Deep understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and contract management.
• Strong executive communication with senior stakeholders.
• Financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaboration across Product Development, Global Support, and Commercial groups.
• SaaS knowledge applied to enterprise service delivery and client success.
• Analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Service Delivery Management strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Act as the main contact for service delivery, managing senior stakeholder expectations.
• Lead diverse teams across regions, mentor staff, and promote career development.
• Oversee end-to-end service delivery, monitor KPIs, and optimize processes.
• Implement innovative delivery practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Forecast and manage costs and revenue for the service delivery function.
