Acquire Intelligence is seeking an experienced Operations Director to own performance and client delivery across multiple programs. You will collaborate with Client Partners to ensure excellence, drive operational improvements, and manage senior stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in BPO, CX or back-office operations with strong senior leadership background.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs or accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational performance and delivery across multiple programs, ensuring SLAs and contractual commitments.
• Lead, coach, and develop operations leaders and teams for high performance.
• Partner with Client Partners to maintain strong client relationships and align delivery with expectations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present reviews and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
