Qualifications

• 0–2 years in a technical support or customer-facing role.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.
• Familiar with APIs, webhooks, or technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Be the front-line technical contact for a portfolio of accounts.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers to adopt features.
• Document steps, report bugs to Engineering as needed.
• Prepare case updates for regular customer meetings.
• Learn Bird platform and shadow senior TAMs.
