Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager in the Philippines to help customers adopt cloud computing, solve big data challenges, and design scalable, reliable architectures. You will partner with customers and AWS teams to provide proactive technical guidance, operational support, and best‑practice recommendations that keep environments healthy.

You’ll help shape strategies to drive adoption and use of AWS services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical account manager, consultant, or similar cloud role.
• 5+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with 3 of: compute, storage, networking, CDN, databases, DevOps, big data, GenAI, security.

Responsibilities

• Build knowledge around AWS cloud services and the cloud ecosystem.
• Work with customers to execute the Enterprise Support value proposition.
• Assist with operational support for customers using AWS.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to share best practices.
• Act as liaison between customers, service engineering, and support.
• Represent AWS in customer environments and discuss incidents and risk.
