SoftwareOne is seeking an Inside Account Manager to join the APAC Inside Sales Team, driving revenue growth through customer and partner engagement in Southeast Asia. You will build strong relationships, generate opportunities, and support renewals while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support customer retention and renewal activities while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to support account plans and customer needs.
• Help customers understand relevant solutions and connect them with the right internal specialists.
• Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent customer and partner experience.
