Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of solid experience as a Bid, Proposal, or Tender Coordinator.
• Experience on Australian or New Zealand construction projects.
• Proven track record handling commercial fitouts, refurbishments, and modern workplace transformations.
• Strong familiarity with ANZ procurement processes and local market dynamics.
• Excellent English communication; able to interview internal PMs and collaborate with Australian stakeholders.
