Job summary

PeoplePartners in the Philippines is seeking an AU Tender & Estimating Coordinator (CostX) to turn complex RFT packages into organized, accurate submissions for new-build and refurbishment projects. Supporting an Australian client, you’ll work with estimating to keep tender documentation, deadlines, scope requirements, subcontractor information, and compliance on track.

You’ll spot missing details before tender day, keep information flowing, and help estimators stay two steps ahead.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting construction tenders and estimating.
• Experience with new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Understanding of construction and fit-out build processes.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specs, scopes, and tender docs.
• Experience with CostX and Microsoft Office.
• Strong document control, organization and deadline management.
• Experience with Australian clients or global exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain tender registers, filing systems, and correspondence.
• Manage tender calendars and track submission deadlines.
• Review RFT conditions, scopes, drawings, and specifications.
• Prepare tender compliance checklists and matrices.
• Identify inclusions, exclusions, ambiguities, and compliance issues.
• Prepare and format tender submission documents.
• Populate methodology statements, returnable schedules, and cover pages.
• Support review and comparison of subcontractor quotations.
• Identify differences in subcontractor inclusions and exclusions.
• Maintain organized tender documentation.
• Build/update capability statements, project sheets, credentials decks, and case studies.
• Ensure tender documentation is complete and review-ready.
