Job summary

AnchorEd is seeking a Facilities Management Officer to oversee and monitor suppliers and contractors during site visits, repairs, and maintenance in SC4, ensuring compliance with school standards, safety, and contract terms.

You will monitor cleanliness, manage space allocation, oversee security and emergency preparedness, and coordinate with drivers and external agencies. The role includes record-keeping and support for FM operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cleanliness and orderliness in SC4
• Manage allocation of classrooms, offices, and furniture/equipment
• Oversee SC4 security and emergency preparedness (Fire extinguishers, evacuation drills)
• Handle inventory and FM supplies management for SC4
• Maintain proper filing of records to be surrendered to finance, compliance documents, and administrative records
• Filing utility consumption (electricity, water, internet) coordinate with maintenance
• Coordinate with external agencies, contractors, and government offices when needed
• Coordinate with the drivers for vehicle/shuttle service errands and logistics
• Manage lost and found inventory and secure log for claiming
• Assist with other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
