Job summary

AnchorEd in the Philippines is seeking a Company Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for team members and company activities. You will run errands, transport documents and materials, and ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained.

You will perform daily vehicle checks, monitor fuel, report issues, and assist with registrations and regulatory tasks. This role requires adherence to traffic laws and company policies while coordinating with Facilities and Administration for schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport team members and company representatives to designated locations.
• Perform company errands, including the delivery and collection of documents, materials, supplies, and other business-related items.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers according to approved schedules.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues, damages, or maintenance requirements.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, presentable, and in good operating condition at all times.
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, and maintenance activities.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist with vehicle registration, insurance renewals, emission testing, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with the Facilities and Administration team regarding transportation schedules and logistical requirements.
• Support emergency transportation needs and other duties as assigned by management.
