- Develop Science-Related Projects: Lead students through the "Think, Build, Secure, Innovate" framework to develop tangible projects, ranging from RoboQuest robot builds to automated AI workflows.
- Mentor Future-Proof Learners: Move beyond rote instruction to mentor students (aged 13-16) in high-value skills like ethical hacking, mechanical engineering, and AI-assisted "vibe coding".
- Bridge the Gap: Assist in the strategic transition of these modules from after-school "co-curriculars" into the core academic STEM curriculum.
The Profile: Are You a "STEMnovator"?
- The Mindset: You are a senior, progressive, and innovative educator with a proven track record in fostering student growth. You possess a high aptitude for technology and a hunger for Silicon Valley-level mentorship.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You can articulate complex concepts clearly, engage diverse audiences (students, parents, colleagues), and build strong, collaborative relationships.
- Educational Philosophy: You prefer project-based, "hands-on lab" environments over standardized testing and can adapt your teaching style to meet students in different modalities. You are committed to a holistic, values-based education.
- Technical Versatility (one or more of the following):
- Cybersecurity: Familiarity with Linux CLI, networking protocols, and threat modeling.
- Robotics: A "maker" mentality comfortable with mechanical assembly, CAD, and 3D printing.
- AI & Design: An early adopter of Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude Pro), UI/UX (e.g., Figma), and automation platforms (e.g., n8n/Make).
- Future-Proof Vision: You have a deep desire to equip the next generation with the technical literacy required to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
Why Join Us?

- Impactful Role: Play a pivotal role in a pilot program that aims to redefine microschool education in the Philippines.
