Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking an Amusement Operations Manager (South Luzon) based at the Head Office, Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines. The role leads amusement deployments, coordinates with partners, and drives financial performance across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in operations, strategy, and project management, with strong safety, compliance, and analytical skills. Willing to travel Luzon and work from the MOA Pasay HQ.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in operations, strategy, or project management.
• Significant work experience in operations management within a multi-location context.
• Strong in safety, security, risk, compliance, and financial stewardship.
• Effective business communication, project management, agility and grit are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and manage attraction deployments within the assigned area.
• Coordinate with workforce provider on management goals and requirements.
• Manage P&L for amusement deployments including SMPHI-owned rides and roving attractions.
• Act as end-to-end mall operations point person for rides status, sales analytics, docs, and systems.
• Oversee EOD performance, generate analytics, budget coordination, and communicate insights.
