Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SM Mall Offices operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and partners for updates and requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, Lean/Kaizen initiatives, and automation opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service quality and performance.
• Manage budgets, resources, and cost-saving initiatives in line with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy, and company policies.
