Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing or Business Management or related fields.
• Proven managerial experience in Marketing, Sales or Operations.
• Excellent communication skills and able to relate well with all levels in the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure profitable mall operations in accordance with Management’s directives and income expectations.
• Implement programs to enhance the physical value of the mall by creating strategies to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers.
• Effectively implement policies, guidelines and procedures across all areas in conformance with company standards, government regulations and statutory requirements to maximise shareholder value and maintain retail leadership.
