Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in park/venue operations.
• Ability to supervise rides, admissions, and guest service.
• Strong focus on safety, incident reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Branch Manager in daily park operations for rides, admissions, and guest service.
• Oversees on-ground operations, staff performance, attendance, and cash handling.
• Monitors maintenance, safety, and facility management to ensure security and functionality.
• Ensures compliance with standards, incident reporting, and safety protocols.
• Leads and mentors team members through coaching and training.
