Job summary

SM Supermalls is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Carpark Operations (Probationary) at SM City San Lazaro, Manila. You will oversee carpark operations, traffic flow, and service quality to deliver efficient, safe experiences for customers.

Responsibilities include supervising cashiers, security, and janitorial staff; analyzing sales and performance reports; and implementing revenue-boosting ideas while upholding carpark policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in carpark or mall operations.
• Experience supervising cashiers, security and janitorial staff.
• Ability to analyze sales and performance reports and coordinate with accounting.

Position description: Responsible for outsourcing different source of income aside from Carpark fees, implements creative ideas in parking and valet operations that would deliver additional revenues to the business Ensures full implementation of Carpark policies and procedures. Guarantee the safety of Carpark customers and employees through provision of safety and security controls.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee carpark operations by monitoring facilities, traffic flow, and overall service quality to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage financial reporting through preparation and analysis of sales and performance reports, and coordination with accounting for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise personnel including cashiers, security, and janitorial staff to maintain service standards, discipline, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure equipment and materials upkeep through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and inventory management of carpark machines and supplies.
• Develop and support team performance through training, coaching, and active participation in employee development initiatives.
