Job Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and assisting guests with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
Assist guests in the membership enrollment process, explaining the benefits and perks of becoming a member, and helping them complete all required forms. Accurately collect and record guest information for membership purposes and marketing initiatives. Accurately issue vouchers, gift certificates and promotional privileges to guests depending on their entitlements.
Respond to inquiries and questions from guests about membership benefits, casino games, property amenities, and promotions.
