Job summary

Winford Manila Resort and Casino is seeking a Membership Coordinator to develop and grow the membership base while delivering exceptional guest service. The role covers counter operations, sign-ups, account maintenance, and benefit administration within a dynamic hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate has hospitality education, 3+ years in customer service, excellent English, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related discipline.
• At least three (3) years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Read, write, speak and understand English; knowledge of Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean or Japanese is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent presentation and communication with members/guests.
• Able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and abide by company policies.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build a membership base in accordance with company policies while delivering excellent customer service.
• Handle members at the membership counter and process transactions such as sign-ups, account maintenance, and benefits redemption.
• Manage daily operations of Membership Counters.
• Oversee customer service and manage expectations related to Membership.
• Promote Membership programs to acquire new members.
• Provide services to all Members and affiliated partners.
• Assist other departments with Membership-related matters.
• Manage daily opening and closing operational paperwork and reports.
