Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduates accepted with 6 months to 1 year hospitality experience.
• Sales background is preferred but not required.
• Experience in hospitality or integrated resorts is a plus but not necessary.
• Excellent customer relations, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Minimum two years in customer service or similar service industry.

Responsibilities

• Data entry for new member sign-ups with accurate contact information.
• Validate and update records, maintain data integrity for accounts.
• Ensure compliance with privacy standards and company policies.
• Perform AML checks and risk assessments for new members.
• Drive membership acquisition through on-site and event activities.
• Respond to member inquiries and assist with enrollment processes.
