Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and refine Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display).
• Structure campaigns from Auto to Manual to Scaling to improve ACoS and ROAS.
• Own listing strategy with titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content, and positioning.
• Set USPs and content direction with designers for high-converting visuals.
• Carry out keyword research to expand terms and boost organic ranking.
• Integrate PPC and SEO strategies for paid and organic visibility.
• Review CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and revenue to find growth opportunities.
• Build product launch strategies to improve ranking and visibility.
• Share weekly insights and actionable growth plans with the team.
• Collaborate with operations on inventory, pricing, promotions.

Job Summary: Become a valued member of our team as a results-driven Amazon Marketing Expert who fully owns growth across our Amazon store. This strategic, high-impact role covers much more than ad management: you’ll lead listing optimization, advertising performance, and keyword ranking strategy to drive measurable revenue growth. You’ll be a standout candidate if you’re data-driven and proactive, able to work on your own while partnering with our design and operations teams to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and continually refine Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
• Build and manage campaign structures from Auto to Manual to Scaling, with the aim of improving ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS
• Own the full listing strategy, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ Content, and product positioning
• Set product USPs and content direction, working closely with designers to produce high-converting visuals
• Carry out keyword research and expansion to find high-impact terms and strengthen organic ranking
• Bring PPC and SEO strategies together to maximize paid and organic visibility alike
• Review performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ACoS, TACoS, and revenue to uncover growth opportunities and bottlenecks
• Build and run product launch strategies that support ranking and visibility for new products
• Share weekly performance insights, reports, and actionable growth plans
• Work with the operations team on inventory, pricing, and promotions so marketing and operations stay in sync

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven track record managing Amazon PPC campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of the Amazon algorithm, organic ranking factors, and conversion optimization

• Proficiency with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research platforms
