• Experience in airline cargo, freight forwarding, logistics, warehouse, or related operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shipments are acceptable and in good condition before turnover to the airline.
• Verify actual and volumetric weight of the cargo.
• Check complete shipper and consignee details.
• Ensure cargo is loaded according to the flight schedule.
• Promptly report offloaded or unshipped cargo to your immediate superior.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of cargo documentation.
• Monitor shipment and flight status.
• Coordinate updates and address operational concerns promptly.
• Ensure all transactions are properly communicated through pre-alerts to the Shipper, Consignee, Customer Service, and Immediate Superior.
• Assist in identifying potential client inquiries and coordinate all sales-related inquiries with the Sales Department for proper handling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Cargo Acceptance

• Ensure shipments are acceptable and in good condition before turnover to the airline.
• Verify actual and volumetric weight of the cargo.
• Check complete shipper and consignee details.

Cargo Loading

• Ensure cargo is completely loaded based on the target flight schedule.
• Promptly report any offloaded or unshipped cargo to your immediate superior.

Documentation & Turnover

• Ensure all used House Waybills (HWB) and collections are properly turned over within the required timeline.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of cargo documentation.

Cargo & Flight Monitoring

• Monitor shipment and flight status.
• Coordinate updates and address operational concerns promptly.

Pre-Alert Management

• Ensure all transactions are properly communicated through pre-alerts to the Shipper, Consignee, Customer Service, and Immediate Superior.

Sales & Client Acquisition Support

• Assist in identifying potential client inquiries.
• Coordinate all sales-related inquiries with the Sales Department for proper handling.
