Job summary

enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH, is hiring a back-office admin support for ecommerce operations across multiple brands. The role focuses on data mining, CRM upkeep, order processing, SEO content, and day-to-day admin tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

You’ll work with Shopify, Hubspot, Excel and Claude AI, generate reports, manage records, and assist with data-driven initiatives. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PH time, onsite, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for learning

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce, data mining, and CRM management across multiple brands.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, Hubspot and Claude AI.
• Solid SEO understanding with daily blog/content writing.
• Passion for data, reporting and improving processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Comfortable in admin-focused role with low customer contact.

Responsibilities

• Data mine industries, demographics, and prospect lists across brands.
• Make minor website changes in Shopify.
• Write and publish daily SEO blog content.
• Maintain accurate records, customer databases, and order tracking.
• Update customer and contact records in Hubspot across brands.
• Review and process incoming bulk/corporate order lists and enter into systems.
• Handle recurring admin tasks (data entry, file organization, ad hoc reporting).
• Provide occasional back-up support for customer inquiries via email.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on initiatives.
