Qualifications

• Entry-level candidate suitable for organised, detail-oriented individuals.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in tasks.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, data, and repetitive admin tasks.
• Willingness to learn Shopify and other marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Upload new products to Shopify with titles, descriptions, pricing and images.
• Update and maintain product descriptions, photos and specifications.
• Organise products into collections, categories and tags.
• Check listings for accuracy, broken links and formatting issues.
• Handle general Shopify administrative tasks and housekeeping.
• Encode product data into Shopify and other systems.
• Maintain data accuracy and up-to-date inventory across entries.
• Organise and file digital assets for easy access.
• Compile sales, campaign and task-progress reports.
• Support scheduling, file management and cross-team coordination.
