enablesGROUP is hiring for an Customer & Ecommerce Admin Support role in Ortigas, Pasig, PH. You will manage ecommerce operations, respond to customers, and update website content across Shopify and Klaviyo. The role emphasizes data reporting and improving processes to drive business insights.

We seek 2–3 years in ecommerce or digital marketing with strong English communication. Onsite work during Australian hours is required, with opportunities for growth and in-house learning programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of ecommerce, digital marketing, or ecommerce operations experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content updates.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across email, chat, and other platforms.
• Make website changes (content updates, product uploads, minor edits) in Shopify.
• Support SEO initiatives by updating and creating product descriptions, blog posts, and metadata.
• Assist with email marketing tasks in Klaviyo, including list management and simple campaign edits.
• Maintain accurate records, customer databases, and order tracking.
• Prepare basic reports on customer service metrics, website performance, and marketing engagement.
• Conduct product checks and ensure content is up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support ongoing initiatives.
