Job summary

AJ Media seeks an execution-focused administrative specialist to support the COO and oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations across multiple brands. This role handles merchant setup, storefront upkeep, and launch coordination with strict checklists.

You will work remotely from the Philippines, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, maintain SOPs, dashboards, and reporting, and escalate any blockers to the Brand Launch Manager. 1–3 years in admin/ecommerce is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of administrative, project-coordination, or ecommerce support experience.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized, comfortable following checklists precisely.
• Basic familiarity with Shopify at a listing/content-entry level (not developer level).

Responsibilities

• Assist with merchant setup documentation and COO review preparation.
• Maintain brand setup and compliance checklists and track status.
• Set up helpdesk/ticketing infrastructure with categories, auto-responses, and escalation rules.
• Support Shopify store build tasks and launch coordination, including product listings.
