Qualifications

• 2–3 years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or ecommerce operations.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo.
• Basic SEO principles and content updates.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across email, chat, and other platforms.
• Make website changes in Shopify.
• Support SEO initiatives by updating product descriptions, blog posts, and metadata.
• Assist with email marketing tasks in Klaviyo, including list management and simple campaign edits.
• Maintain accurate records, customer databases, and order tracking.
• Prepare basic reports on customer service metrics, website performance, and marketing engagement.
• Conduct product checks and ensure content is up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to support ongoing initiatives.
