enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH is seeking a detail-oriented CRM Specialist to manage CRM systems, run email campaigns, and boost customer engagement through loyalty programs. Experience with Emarsys, Klaviyo, Dotdigital, and Shopify is preferred.

This role offers a hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x WFH) with an emphasis on data-driven optimization, segmentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive conversions while ensuring data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms (Emarsys, Klaviyo, Dotdigital) required.
• Experience with Shopify and ecommerce platforms.
• Strong email campaign creation and segmentation.
• Understanding loyalty program management and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve engagement and retention.
• Develop, execute, and analyze email campaigns to drive conversions.
• Implement segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Integrate CRM initiatives with Shopify and ecommerce platforms.
