Sovrun Studios in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Junior Business Development & Accounts Manager to split time between finding new opportunities and supporting active client accounts. You will learn the full sales cycle while owning growing outreach, proposals, and day-to-day client coordination.

This is a learning role with real targets, offering hands-on exposure to how AI-driven creative and production projects are sold, scoped, and delivered, with a clear path to managing your own accounts.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management, ideally in an agency, media, creative, or tech environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Research and build target lists of brands, agencies, and enterprise prospects.
• Run outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and industry networks and book discovery meetings.
• Follow up leads until qualified or closed.
• Track outreach activity against weekly targets.
• Join discovery calls and capture client needs clearly.
• Help prepare proposals, cost estimates, pitch decks, and credentials.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and handle updates promptly.
• Translate client briefs into internal instructions for creative/production teams.
• Track timelines and approvals to keep client and team aligned.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings.
