Job summary

July Social, a Manila-based boutique social agency, seeks a Social Media & Content Manager to oversee content across client accounts, agency feeds, and the founder's personal brand. You’ll craft ideas, manage cadence, and work with AI tools daily to maintain voice and consistency.

You will collaborate with an AM, manage social channels, emails, and blogs, and translate trends into scalable content while maintaining a reliable posting calendar.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of social media experience in an agency or in-house brand.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (equivalent experience accepted).
• Lives and breathes social media with trend awareness and platform fluency.
• Creative instinct with calendar-ready ideas and storytelling.
• Comfortable using AI tools and agents and proficient with practical prompting.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit, etc.).
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Community management experience and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media for multiple client accounts across major platforms.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars per client and post on cadence.
• Generate client-appropriate content ideas and pitch to the AM.
• Write captions in each client's voice, switching tones as needed.
• Schedule posts, monitor replies and DMs, and surface community moments.
• Run basic email marketing campaigns across client accounts and list segments.
• Write and publish blog posts, format for CMS, and apply on-page SEO basics.
• Brief production team on client needs and deliverables.
• Use AI tools to draft, repurpose, and scale content while preserving voice.
• Pull monthly reports on performance across social, email, and blog.
• Coordinate with freelancers (paid media, SEO, influencers) for calendar alignment.
