Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from top university.
• 5+ years in operational or execution roles.
• Able to coach/train BD/AM skills.
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory roles in sales.
• Strong leadership and people management with coaching track record.
• Analytical, data-driven with AI usage and curiosity.
• Results-driven, highly organized and capable under pressure.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance Account Executives team.
• Use AI and data to improve management, velocity, and ideas.
• Shape Growth Team plans and align with regional goals.
• Provide feedback, mentor, and drive professional development.
• Identify gaps, create and monitor improvement plans.
