Qualifications

• 5 years of experience from outside of the studio.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management level.
• Experience of managing multiple teams and skill sets.
• Evidence of growth and re-signing accounts.
• Strong communication with junior to senior levels and clients.

Responsabilités

• Run day-to-day operations in the studio and manage client relationships.
• Lead project delivery from ideation to execution for multiple brands.
• Ensure on-time, on-brief delivery within budget and high quality.
• Collaborate with Account Director and Business Director on client happiness and upsell opportunities.
• Develop junior team members and foster cross-team collaboration.
