Job summary

HRTX is seeking an Agile/Scrum Practice & QA Supervisor to drive and govern our Agile and QA frameworks across the IT organization. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead a team of Scrum Masters and QA Analysts, align business strategy with IT execution, and ensure high-quality, fast-paced delivery.

You will define delivery standards, mentor teams, bridge Product, Eng, and Business, track metrics for CTO dashboards, and stay abreast of emerging tech trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Agile/Scrum leadership.
• 2+ years in people management.
• CSM or PSM certification required.
• Experience with fintech or regulated environments (BSP/Finance) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define delivery standards and governance for Agile teams.
• Lead Scrum Masters and QA Analysts; embed quality in sprint lifecycle.
• Bridge communication between Product, Engineering and Business leaders.
• Track metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, ROI) for CTO dashboards.
• Support strategic IT initiatives with the CTO.

Role Overview

We are looking for an Agile/ Scrum Practice & QA Supervisor to drive, scale, and govern our Agile and QA frameworks across the IT organization. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead a team of Scrum Masters and QA Analysts, align business strategy with IT execution, and ensure high-quality, fast-paced delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Governance & Tools: Define delivery standards, guardrails, and manage workspace tools (ClickUp, SDP, etc.).

• Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, and lead Scrum Masters and QA Analysts while embedding quality into the full sprint lifecycle.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Bridge communication between Product, Engineering, and Business leaders; manage change across teams.

• Performance & Compliance: Track metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, ROI) for CTO dashboards and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., BSP).

• Ad-Hoc Support: Execute strategic IT initiatives directly with the CTO and keep up with emerging tech trends.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in Agile/Scrum leadership roles, with 2+ years in people management.

• Certifications: CSM or PSM required. SAFe, LeSS, or Agile Coaching is a big plus.

• Domain & Tools: Expertise in ClickUp/Jira. Experience in fintech or regulated environments (BSP/Finance) preferred.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
