Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Agile Practitioner / Scrum Lead in Pasig to coach delivery teams, drive agile ways of working, and partner with leadership to improve value delivery across complex IT programs.

You will facilitate ceremonies, manage dependencies, monitor KPIs, and support agile transformation, reporting progress to PMO and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery or Agile roles.
• Strong experience with Scrum, Agile coaching, and delivery in complex IT environments.
• Proven ability to work closely with software engineering teams in sprint-based delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach IT and engineering teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams maintain effective delivery practices.
• Drive predictable delivery through capacity planning, velocity tracking, forecasting, and backlog management.
• Partner with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and stakeholders to align priorities, manage dependencies, and address delivery risks.
• Work closely with engineering teams to support technical planning, architectural initiatives, and sustainable delivery.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, risks, dependencies, and project health using data-driven insights.
• Provide transparent reporting and Agile metrics to PMO and senior leadership.
• Identify and help remove systemic blockers across teams and the wider organization.
• Support Agile transformation, change initiatives, and improvements in team maturity and delivery effectiveness.

About the role

About you

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Technical Project Management, Engineering Management, or similar roles
• Strong practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery in complex IT environments
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams in sprint-based delivery
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Agile/Delivery dashboards
• Strong understanding of delivery metrics, KPIs, risks, dependencies, and forecasting
• Strategic and data-driven approach to Agile delivery and continuous improvement
• Ability to lead teams through ambiguity, transformation, and organizational change
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Preferred Certifications: PSM II/III, CSM, SAFe SPC, or equivalent Agile certifications
