Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an Agile Practitioner/Scrum Master to bridge delivery teams with executive governance. You will coach IT teams on value delivery, mentor self-organization, and help leadership remove systemic blockers.

You’ll serve as the Agile pulse of the organization, ensuring squads remain self-organizing and fast while providing PMO with data and risk assessments. Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, maintaining dashboards, and delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software delivery roles (Scrum Master, TPM, EM, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum with practical delivery in complex environments.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams in sprints.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and delivery dashboards.
• Preferred certifications: PSM II/III, CSM, or SAFe (SPC).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery flow ensuring the Definition of Done and high-quality releases.
• Forecast workload using historical velocity and data-driven methods to ensure predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to rigorously evaluate the backlog and align with goals.
• Work with Tech Leads to integrate architectural spikes into sprints.
• Moderate ceremonies to foster self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Provide transparent, metric-based reporting on risks and dependencies to the PMO.

Agile Practitioner who bridges the gap between high-performing deliveryteams and executive-level governance. Agile Practitioner/Scrum Master won’tjust be "managing" Scrum; but will be coaching IT Teams on value delivery,mentoring teams on self-organization, and helping leadership removesystemic blockers. Qualifications &Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery roles (Scrum Master, TPM, EM,or similar)

• Experience working closely with engineering teams in sprints — not justhigh-level coordination
• Skilled in tools like Jira, Confluence, and delivery dashboards

Certifications (Preferred)

• PSM II/III, CSM, or SAFe (SPC) are preferred, but proven real-world impact is our priority

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical DeliveryOwnership

• Takes full accountability for the end-to-end flow of value by ensuring the teammeets the Definition of Done and maintains high-quality standards across allreleases.

Team Capacity &Planning

• Uses historical velocity and data-driven forecasting to balance the team’s
  workload, protecting them from over-commitment while ensuring predictabledelivery for the PMO.

Scope Analysis &Prioritization

• Partners with Stakeholders to rigorously evaluate the backlog, ensuring everystory aligns with strategic goals and that technical debt is balanced againstnew features.

Engineering Collaboration

• Works closely with Tech Leads to integrate architectural spikes into the sprint,ensuring the technical infrastructure supports long-term agility.

Agile Facilitation

• Expertly moderates all ceremonies to foster a culture of self-organization,
  psychological safety, and continuous improvement through actionable
  retrospective outcomes.

Stakeholder Communication

• Serves as the primary translator between the squad and the PMO, providingtransparent, metric-based reporting on risks, dependencies, and projecthealth.
