Job summary

PETNET Inc. in Metro Manila seeks Head of Scrum Agile Practice & QA to define the company’s Agile Framework, mentor a team of Scrum Masters, and drive continuous delivery within our IT Organization.

You will report to the CTO, bridge technical execution with business strategy, and partner with Product Owner, IT Developers, and stakeholders to maximize value across sprints and products in a hybrid work setup from our Makati headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in Agile/Scrum leadership roles, with 2+ years in people management.
• CSM or PSM certifications; SAFe/LeSS and Agile Coaching preferred.
• Expert-level mastery of agile tooling such as ClickUp and Jira.
• Regulatory experience in BSP/Finance environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, standardize, and evolve the Agile framework for PETNET’s IT landscape.
• Lead, recruit, and manage a chapter of Scrum Masters and QA Analysts.
• Mentor on career development and performance management for direct reports.
• Ensure QA integration and collaboration with Scrum teams to bake quality in.
• Bridge Product Management, Engineering, and Stakeholders to streamline workflows.
• Aggregate metrics into executive dashboards for CTO and committees.
