Job summary

Petnet seeks a Head of Scrum Agile Practice & QA to govern, scale, and continuously improve Agile across its IT organization. You will mentor Scrum Masters, align Product, Engineering and QA teams, and drive value delivery with executive dashboards.

Qualifications

5+ years in Agile/Scrum leadership roles, with 2+ years in people management.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field; MBA/advanced degree is a plus.
CSM/PSM or Agile Coaching/Scaling certifications preferred; experience with large-scale agile.
Expert-level mastery of project management and agile tooling (ClickUp, Jira).

Responsibilities

Define, standardize, and evolve Petnet's Agile framework.
Mentor Scrum Masters; manage a high-performing chapter and QA integration.
Bridge Product Management, Engineering and stakeholders to streamline workflows.
Lead governance, portfolio reporting, and KPI dashboards for CTO and committees.
Drive change management to scale agile across the IT organization.
