Role Overview

We are seeking an agile and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our web and mobile applications on a project basis. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the project lifecycle—managing timelines, coordinates, and aligning the development and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. You must possess a strong understanding of modern software development and QA automation processes to effectively unblock technical teams. As the primary point of contact, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and business goals through seamless stakeholder communication.

• Employment Type: Project-based / Contract


• Location: Hybrid (Remote, but must be available for occasional face-to-face meetings within Metro Manila)

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile application features from conception to launch.


• Team & Sprint Coordination: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure developers and QA engineers are aligned and unblocked.


• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: Serve as the main bridge between the technical team and business stakeholders. Provide regular, transparent updates on project milestones, risks, timelines, and budget health.


• Scope & Risk Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage scope creep, and mitigate risks—especially regarding testing bottlenecks and deployment schedules.


• QA Alignment: Partner closely with QA to ensure automation strategies and bug-reporting workflows align with project delivery timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical & Project Tools

• Project Tools: High proficiency in GitLab or GitHub for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and roadmap mapping.


• SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies applied specifically to web and mobile app development.


• QA & Tech Literacy: While you don't need to code, you must understand the fundamentals of QA to realistically map out timelines and understand technical dependencies.

Soft Skills & Logistics

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to manage expectations and deliver presentations to stakeholders.


• Location: Must be residing within or near Metro Manila and willing to attend on-site sprint plannings, stakeholder alignments, or critical team workshops as needed.


• Leadership: Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for keeping remote, cross-functional teams motivated and accountable to deadlines.
