Job Description

We are looking for a Team Lead of Quality Assurance to lead our QA team in ensuring the quality, stability, and reliability of our software solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile software development, experience with ERP systems, and a passion for leading and mentoring QA professionals.

This role is key to upholding our standards of excellence and driving continuous improvement in our testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• ERP System Testing: Ensure robust testing of ERP modules and workflows, with a focus on system integration, usability, and data accuracy.
• Automation & Manual Testing: Oversee both manual and automated testing efforts to
• Agile Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, developers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to define and refine requirements and test cases.
• Defect Management: Drive issue identification, tracking, reporting, and resolution to ensure smooth product releases.
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance workflows, tools, and team productivity.
• Performance Testing: Ensure that applications meet defined performance standards and are scalable under expected workloads.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track, analyze, and communicate quality metrics and progress to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in Quality Assurance, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
• ERP Knowledge: Hands-on experience testing ERP systems and understanding their business logic and workflows.
• QA Tools: Proficient with QA and defect tracking tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JIRA).
• Testing Expertise: Strong in both manual and automated testing, covering functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Agile Development: Deep understanding and hands‑on experience working in Agile
• Leadership: Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑building skills.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance and load testing.
• Familiarity with cloud-hosted applications and distributed systems.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field – or equivalent work experience.
