Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any course
- At least 3 years solid experience in Recruitment and People Development from Life Insurance Industry or Sales Industry
- Good facilitation and presentation skills
- Training background (advantage)
- Experience in insurance sales (advantage)

- Conducts onboarding program for the newly coded advisors within the first 90 days to increase retention and productivity
- Organizes recruitment activities and sources through leads generation platforms
- Converts business opportunities program attendees to coded Financial Advisors
