Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Regional Manager to lead Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors, recruit and train talent, and drive regional sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and execute agency sales & marketing programs such as drives, launches, and regional assemblies.
• Conduct regular branch visits and meetings with associates.

What will you do as Regional Manager:

• Recruits, trains, activates, supervises and motivates Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors
