Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a Regional Expansion Manager in the Philippines to lead recruitment and build a high-performing agency sales team.

You will source and onboard Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors, driving growth and strategic expansion. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of sales leadership experience, strong communication, negotiation skills, and a proven ability to develop pipelines of top talent within a collaborative, people-first culture with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Business or Marketing.
• 3–5 years sales management experience, preferably in agency sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to build a pipeline of top talents and expand networks.
• Dynamic, collaborative, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to build a high-performing sales group.
• Motivates and manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment.
• Conducts Joint Field Work with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities and closing sales.

Regional Expansion Manager

Leads and executes the recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors by utilizing various sourcing strategies to establish and manage the sales groups

Primary Responsibilities:

• Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high performing sales group.
• Motivates and Manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment
• Conducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities/closing sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing course)
• At least 3-5 years sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate
• Ability to build a pipeline of exemplary talents and expand his/her network
