Job summary

Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to recruit, train, and motivate Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors. You will implement regional recruitment activities and conduct training to activate the agency force.

You will participate in planning and executing sales and marketing programs, including drives, launches, and regional assemblies, with regular branch visits across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in agency sales recruitment within life insurance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, trains, activates, supervises and motivates Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors.
• Identifies and implements recruitment activities in his region to support the agency leaders, e.g., Business Opportunity Programs.
• Conducts training programs to activate the agency force.
• Participates in planning, directing and executing agency sales & marketing programs such as drives, launches, and regional assemblies.
• Conducts regular branch visits and meetings with associates in various locations.

What will you do as Regional Manager:

• Recruits, trains, activates, supervises and motivates Agency Leaders and Financial Advisors
• Identifies and implements recruitment activities in his region to support the agency leaders, i.e., Business Opportunity Programs
• Conducts training programs to activate the agency force
• Participates in the planning, directing and execution of various agency sales & marketing related programs such as annual drives, launchings, and regional assemblies
• Conducts regular branch visits and meeting with associates (Maloloas, Pampanga & Cabanatuan)

We are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor's degree (we value diverse educational backgrounds!)
• At least 3+ years of experience in Agency Sales Recruitment must be gained from Life Insurance.
