Sun Life Grepa Financial, Inc. is seeking a Regional Expansion Manager to lead recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors, building a high-performing sales group. You will implement sourcing strategies, motivate teams, and conduct Joint Field Work with Agency Leaders to close sales.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing).
• 3–5 years sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to build a pipeline of exemplary talents and expand his/her network.
• Dynamic, Collaborative, and Highly motivated individual.

Responsibilities

Regional Expansion Manager

Leads and executes the recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors by utilizing various sourcing strategies to establish and manage the sales groups

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high performing sales group.

2. Motivates and Manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment
