Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Regional Expansion Manager to lead recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors, building a high-performing sales group and driving regional growth.

You will motivate and manage teams, conduct Joint Field Work with Agency Leaders to support selling activities and closures, and implement effective sourcing strategies to expand the talent pipeline while achieving targets in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing).
• 3–5 years sales management experience (preferably in Agency sales).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to build a pipeline of exemplary talents and expand his/her network.
• Dynamic, Collaborative, and Highly motivated individual.

Regional Expansion Manager

Leads and executes the recruitment of Agency Expansion Managers and Financial Advisors by utilizing various sourcing strategies to establish and manage the sales groups

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high performing sales group.
2. Motivates and Manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitment
3. Conducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities/closing sales.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing course)
2. At least 3-5 years sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiate
